Wax types: What is the difference between soy wax, paraffin wax, beeswax, coconut wax? Which is the best for a clean burn?
EBA: Paraffin wax is a known biproduct of petroleum. We always use soy wax in our candles. It’s clean and holds the scent very well.
Wick care: How often should I trim my candle wick?
EBA: Before ever burn is best.

Candle tunneling: Why does my candle burn unevenly, creating a “tunnel” down the center?
EBA: That’s usually related to a wick that is too big causing the flame to consume more than it can burn. We don’t really have this issue.
Scent selection: What are popular candle scents? How do I choose a fragrance that is strong enough but not overpowering?
EBA: There is a listing on each candle which displays if it is light, medium, or a stronger scent. Our candles are also listed categorically, like ‘earthy’ and ‘floral’ for example.
Burning safety: How long should I burn a candle for each time? When should I extinguish a candle?
EBA: You can burn candles about one to four hours.
Candle care and storage: How do I properly store candles to maintain their scent?
EBA: Ours come with lids that maintain the scent of the candle for a very long time. The first candles we’ve made still have their scent from many years ago.
Candle health concerns: Are candles bad for indoor air quality? Are certain fragrances more concerning than others?
EBA: We only use high quality, non-toxic ingredients. Creating only clean burning candles is our priority.
